Dr Yue Huang is assistant professor of environmental law at Guangzhou University, China. He obtained his Ph.D from The University of Hong Kong and is a J.S.D candidate of Yale Law School. Dr. Huang has been a visiting scholar to Academia Sinica at Taipei. He also advises governmental agencies, courts, industries and NGOs in both China and the United States.
